August 20th, 2020 - Dear Australian & New Zealand customers,
As you may know, there is currently mail suspensions on-going from some European countries to New Zealand and Australia.

(This suspension ONLY applies to orders where you chose Standard or Standard TRACKED delivery and does not apply to orders with dice trays as they are automatically sent via courier.)
We have been transparent about the issue by answering your queries and posting status updates through social media.
We expect the mail suspension to lift at some point, however, we have no specific date or timeline.
Unfortunately, we do not expect the suspensions to lift before Christmas.
We know some of you have been waiting on your orders for months and we understand how frustrating it has been:
So in order to help out, we have come up with two options:
- Upgrade to a reduced DHL Express rate and we can ship your order immediately, or
- Cancel and refund your order and receive a 10% discount for a future order
Regarding the upgrade costs, I have worked closely with DHL to get the best rate possible for our NZ/Australian customers.
After weeks of negotiations, we are delighted to announce a new DHL Express rate of 22 EUR (Roughly 37AUD) (down from 35 EUR) for Australian and New Zealand customers only.
We have taken on some of the cost of this new rate ourselves to try and help as much as possible, but we realize this solution may still not be ideal for everyone – especially with the pandemic having caused job losses and reduced income – hence why we included the second option to cancel and refund your order.

We hope for some, the new rate will allow you to get your packages. And if not, we hope you will be able to use the 10% discount code to come back and get yourself some sweet Dakota Irish loot once the mail suspension has lifted or grab yourself a handcrafted dice tray!
