Thankfully, as a small family run online business, our operations are less impacted the global COVID-19 pandemic. We are shipping orders the same as we always have, though we are taking some extra precautions to ensure the safety of ourselves and you guys.
Precautions include maintaining 2m social distance at all times, 2m distance when sending or receiving deliveries, keeping strict hand sanitizer and hand washing regiments, and ensuring products and surfaces are wiped down regularly.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES -
While most packages are getting to customers within estimated delivery times, some customers are experiencing longer than normal delays due to COVID. This is because our free, standard, and tracked services use DHL Global mail, which travels through the postal network. Postal systems around the world are under immense pressure as there are significantly higher volumes of packages but less workers to fly, drive, sort, and deliver them. This is particularly acute in areas of the United States.
I ask for your patience if your package is running late and to give a few extra weeks for it the postal system to catch up and get your packages to you.
Thankfully our couriers services are unaffected at this time.
MAIL SUSPENSIONS -
March 27th 2020 - Our shipping provider (DHL GLobal Mail) has informed us of some suspensions of standard mail services to certain countries (see list below). Courier services remain unaffected at this time.
Until these suspensions are lifted, any order where a customer chooses to ship to one of the affected countries and chooses our Free, Standard or Tracked shipping options, we will put the order on back-order/hold to await release when the suspension is lifted. We do not have a time frame for suspensions to be lifted but will continue to update the list below.

Letter and Large Letter format items will be forwarded to Australia and New Zealand by air but Packet format items will be forwarded using a combination of air and sea transport. Therefore, please allow 30 days for delivery of packets (Healing Potion Kits, treasure chests, and very large orders were you have not chosen a courier service).
