Good one shot campaign

The maps are great, and the story is straightforward. Like another reviewer said, it's pretty bare bones (I have the same edition, but I didn't have a chance to get into it until now-- it might be fleshed out more). Be prepared to do a lot of improv or use this as the backbone for your own campaign. I like being able to put my own spin on it, so that worked well.

Nice story but I miss text

The story sounds nice for a one-shot, but in chapter "The Investigation Begins" seems to be a loose end. The last sentence ends abrupt

Hi Peter - thanks for supporting us and I'm delighted you like the story. Our initial printed version did in fact have a few spell and grammar mistakes, as well as that missing bit of text. The missing bit wasn't actually important for the story, but I know that must be frustrating to see, wondering what you might be missing! Apologies for any frustration :(

However, we've now corrected that in the new print edition. So you're one of the few with a rare version!!

Fine Campaign, grammar errors, missing parts

First the good things, the maps in the back of the booklet are super handy and made the game quick to set up.

I was excited to get this and play it Paddy's weekend but when I read it there were parts missing from paragraphs that were cut off, spelling errors, capital letters where they shouldn't be, other grammar mistakes and formatting mistakes.

These mistakes could have been easily spotted by a twenty minute proofing job but clearly the care wasn't there.

For the writing itself, it wasn't what I expected. It said a heavy role play campaign but there wasn't even an intro to the fair or any stalls that players could interact with so I added.

I ended up rewriting the campaign, and using the theme of the one provided to make it more role play friendly instead of throwing you into traps and fights.

The NPCs were cool. Plot was confusing though and I think definitely needed some proofing and editing work.

Overall, it's a fine bare bones campaign with a great idea and is great to build on but definitely needed more attention and care. Especially for 12.99.

I'm unsure if AI was used in making this campaign but if it was, I'd recommend definitely editing any AI plots in the future.

Hi R.B - first, thanks a million for the detailed feedback and for supporting us by purchasing the campaign! FWIW we aren't publishers or anything, so while we do look over the campaigns and try out best to spot grammar issues, plot holes, etc, unfortunately errors do happen. However, having great feedback like this really helps us correct and print better versions of the campaign in the future! So again, thank you so much for leaving such great feedback and we'll definitely be taking this into consideration when we do our 2nd edition print run next week :D

Oh and definitely 100% no AI was or has been used on any of our campaigns.
