About Us

We have been designing and manufacturing bags and cases in our own backyard from the start. This lets us turn prototypes to production very quickly and ensure products are made just right.

Late arrival, bad customer service and messy print..

Not only did the diced arrived quite late despite paying for faster shipment but the customer service showed no understanding nor willingness to compensate the few extra euros I payed for quicker shipment. I was told I was paying for the tracking information (regardless that there was a specific shipment time stated and the dices two weeks after that arrived) and that also didn’t work properly. Now the dices prints are off and slightly damaged. Because my friend sitll wants to keep them as a birthday present, I won’t ship them back. But I for sure won’t order again.

Hi Pauline - I'm sorry you're not happy with the dice set. The designs are water transferred onto the high quality polymer, so they can sometimes be slightly off center. I can see you said your friend is happy with them, but if they hadn't been I would have been happy to accept a return on those. But I'm glad they like the dice!

Regarding the shipping situation, as we mentioned via email we're sorry to hear that the package arrived later than our estimates, but as our shipping policy clear states, the delivery times given are estimates only and never guarentees. As such we cannot offer a refund. :(

From wizard to a source of magic in the stars

Brilliant dice, loved the weight and feel to them. My wizard tracked the ley lines of magic and the stars so it was very fitting.
Only reason not 5 stars as the finish had little scuffs off some of the print but nothing major to request any form of support.
