UK and Irish customers using Standard and Tracked services face delays

Lucas McIntosh

Monday, Dec 21st 2020 - Unfortunately due to the recent events in the UK regarding a new strain of the coronavirus, there is currently a 48 hour stoppage of movement between the UK and Europe which is affecting postal services - specifically our Standard and Standard Tracked services - to the UK and Ireland as the service transits through the UK to get to Ireland.

We've been informed the situation should only last 48 hours, but due to the Christmas holidays that are looming at the end of the week, the unsettled nature of BREXIT, and the fact the situation could change drastically overnight we are advising customers that any orders made for the UK or Ireland should not expect those orders to ship until after we return on Jan 11th.

Courier shipments are NOT affected so if you need a present for Christmas or New Years you can still use the DHL or FedEx services for the UK or the Next Day service in Ireland.

Wishing you all a safe, happy, and healthy Christmas and New Years!

-Luke
