Because of the delay we are offering customers a couple options regarding their orders;
- Refund for the PRE-ORDER sets and ship the rest of your order, or
- Exchange the PRE-ORDER set for one of equal or lesser value and ship the order now, or
- Hold your order until the dice are ready to ship in the new year, or
- Refund of the full order.
Also, because we are changing the orders you will have the option to upgrade your shipping if you wish to receive the dice quicker to ensure Christmas delivery.
Please note that at this point Standard and Standard TRACKED delivery options are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery (and likely will be delivered afterwards or in the new year). We highly recommend upgrading to a courier (FedEx/DHL Express) option if you need them for Christmas.
