Description

Handcrafted from very rare and gorgeous pink ivory and built in a classic style, our half tray features a specially designed divider that lets you show off dice, spell cards, or miniatures and also offers a more ergonomic rolling angle. The tray also offers a minimalist rolling area to conserve precious table space and a side slot that will fit a set of your favorite dice. It also includes a premium Italian white leather lining, a shock-absorbing base to ensure fair and consistent rolls, and rubber feet to keep your tray planted in place. 

Pink ivory is extremely dense and hard, and is only forested on very limited permits from select African forests. It was the royal tree of the Zulu people and only members of the royal family were allowed to possess it until the Anglo-Zulu War of 1879. Before the Anglo-Zulu War, the Zulu king (and prior to 1818, Zulu chiefs) would possess a pink ivory knob kerry, a stick with one end a knob, and wear jewelry that were also made from pink ivory. According to rumor, non-royals who possessed the wood would summarily be put to death.
