As a craft company who prides itself on creating products from native timbers, it is really important to us that we give back and support sustainable, renewable initiatives that help our planet’s forests.

So we are proud to announce that we’ve partnered with One Tree Planted to help support the careful and planned regeneration of native timber forests and forestry projects.

One Tree Planted is a non-profit that supports projects across the globe and works with local groups to ensure funding is placed directly in the hands of local planters and supports communities by funding jobs in forestry regeneration. 

In 2021, the charity planted over 23+ million trees, through 166 reforestation projects across 42 countries, with another 25 million commited to be planted in 2022.  These projects also created over 2,000 jobs and helped support over 35,000 farming families. - One Tree Planted, 2021 Planting Report

Reforestation helps to rebuild forests after fires and floods, provide jobs for social impact, and restore biodiversity. Many projects have overlapping objectives, creating a combination of benefits that contribute to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
