Everything you need

I got both the physical copy and the digital. I love the physical copy because it's a tiny book, perfect for when you want to play when traveling. It's got everything you need to have a romantic evening. You do need some dices, but I noticed they have that, too!

Simple, Fun Adventure, Great for new DMs and players.

Well thought out, simple adventure for two. I ran this little adventure for me and my wife as an introduction for me as a DM. I like that the book doesn't go TOO into the lore and subtly hints at things allowing you to make it your own and fit it into your own larger adventure. I did want to give the player a little more information as far as WHAT is going on so I added an NPC to help explain things and give the player some hints. Overall very fun and it was funny to see what I thought was a fun adventure turn out to be quite scary for my wife to play all on her own with no help. Once we got through it though she felt the reward and loved it. I even added a little item for her as a reward.

Can't wait to try it!

Super excited to try this adventure out with my boyfriend who's never played D&D before. I love D&D and thought this adventure would be a good introduction to it. Reading through the book, it seems easily doable for me to DM for the first time for him. And I'm excited to have a different type of D8 night!

Beautiful booklet, nice story with room for the DM to add a little spice. Can't wait to lay out the table for the night!

Great little one shot

D8 Night is a well put together little adventure which is straightforward enough for an inexperienced DnD-er to run. My partner DMs regularly and it gave her a nice opportunity to relax and roll dice.
