Our on-line store is open 24/7 and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays. Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the same business day when received before 12:00 p.m. PST. Orders in high demand will have an estimated production time listed on its product page and will ship according to the date listed.
We have been designing and manufacturing bags and cases in our own backyard from the start. This lets us turn prototypes to production very quickly and ensure products are made just right.
The dice box arrived and the insert was absolutely covered in hairs and the foam insert does not have the correct shapes to fit a set of dice. Incredibly disappointed with this purchase
Hi Rosie - I'm really sorry to hear this! FWIW Whiskey does tend to leave a few hairs about the place when he's lounging, which could be the reason for the hairs on the insert. I shall have a strong word with him! However, regarding the shapes that is very strange as all of the foam inserts we have are designed specifically for dice. If you post a picture here or send us an e-mail, perhaps we can help give you some guidance on putting them into the insert. Granted, not all inserts will fit all dice sets though it does fit most. If you have a larger/smaller than average set, it might not fit properly. But as i said, please send us an email and we'll try to help guide you.
